Common questions

How do I add music? On Mac, choose Add Folder in the File menu (⇧⌘O), or drag songs and folders onto the window. On iPhone, tap + MUSIC and choose a folder in Files or iCloud Drive.

How do I listen to radio? Tap FM and choose a station. Stream availability and quality depend on the broadcaster and your region. Long-press a station on iPhone, or right-click it on Mac, to save a favourite or assign a radio preset.

How do I choose stations in a widget? Add favourites in Hush first. Long-press the Stations widget on your Home Screen, choose Edit Widget, then select your three stations. Each station row opens Hush and tunes that station. The artwork widget can follow the player or show a station you choose.

How do I use AirPlay? On iPhone, tap the output button beside the playback controls and select an available AirPlay speaker or receiver.

Is playback bit-perfect? It depends on your settings and output device. Disable EQ and Auto Mix, keep volume at 100% and balance centred, and use a compatible output route. Mac sample-rate switching must be enabled. AirPlay and other system routes may convert audio.

A song won't play. Make sure the file is still in the same place. Use REM ▸ Remove Missing Files to clean up the playlist.
